Administers complex EPC, EPCM, construction, subcontract, and major service agreements for industrial capital projects. Leads contract compliance, records, changes, claims, notices, payment validation, commercial risk management, contractor coordination, and closeout. Partners with project, engineering, construction, procurement, finance, legal, HSE, and controls teams throughout project execution. Requires extensive experience with complex industrial contracts, strong commercial and contractual judgment, and advanced contract, ERP, procurement, document control, and project controls systems experience.

Lead hands-on PLC/automation control activities for the Moses Lake facility, maintaining and configuring Rockwell/PlantPAx/FactoryTalk systems, troubleshooting OT control applications, interfacing with vendors and IT for secure OT/IT convergence, and supporting operations, projects, and safety of the integrated control and safety system.

The EHS Lead develops and implements environmental health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulations while leading safety initiatives and managing training programs.
