Manages site-wide food safety and quality assurance programs, including FSQA and sanitation strategy, audits, regulatory compliance, sampling and testing, environmental monitoring, corrective actions, customer complaints, food safety documentation, risk management, training, and continuous improvement. Acts as the SQF practitioner and supports production troubleshooting, new product launches, and process innovation while ensuring compliance with BRC, SQF, cGMP, HACCP, Kosher, and customer requirements.

Own the month- and year-end close, financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing cost accounting. Maintain internal controls, coordinate audits and tax compliance, manage sales taxes, develop accounting procedures, and provide financial analysis for strategic decisions. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with leadership on financial planning. The role is on-site in San Antonio and requires Spanish-English bilingual communication.
