Manages field sales and customer relationships within an assigned geographic territory. Develops prospective accounts, conducts customer outreach, analyzes market competition and customer needs, coordinates with internal sales and inventory teams, supports sales campaigns, and reports customer, transaction, inventory, and expense information to management.

Manages assigned customer accounts by providing quotations, handling discrepancies, maintaining orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Builds supplier and customer relationships, supports prospect development and new account growth, reviews market needs and pricing, and assists Territory Managers with sales campaigns. The role requires strong communication, organization, time management, basic math, Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to learn Metalware. No metals or sales experience is required because full training is provided.

Supports contract sales and operations administration by monitoring customer portals, aligning material supply with demand dates, updating mill orders and outside processing, and assisting with logistics, certifications, and quality tasks. The role requires strong communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, math aptitude, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to learn proprietary systems.
