Performs Break and Fix, IMACD activities, hands-and-eyes support, VIP support, device maintenance, and basic troubleshooting under resolver-team guidance. Documents work in ticketing and asset systems, supports Windows, Mac, and Linux environments, coordinates with third-party and escalation teams, and maintains service consistency across shifts.

Operate and support enterprise Digital Workplace infrastructure (L2/L3), troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi/WAN, endpoints, AD/Entra ID, print services, perform RCA, document incidents/changes, support projects and vendor coordination to ensure stable, secure, standardized services.
