Conducts stakeholder workshops, gathers and documents business and functional requirements, analyzes current and future processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and develops process and requirements artifacts. Supports medicine demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, allocation, data requirements, KPI dashboards, UAT, defect tracking, and implementation. Bridges business, supply chain, logistics, and technology teams across Agile or Waterfall projects.

Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain production machine learning systems and end-to-end ML pipelines. Build scalable MLOps frameworks, automate deployments and retraining, manage cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD, implement IaC, containerization, monitoring, and governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, compliant enterprise AI platforms.

Design and build scalable, responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Develop reusable UI components, integrate with REST APIs, optimize client-side performance and cross-browser compatibility, participate in architecture and code reviews, and collaborate with designers and backend engineers in Agile delivery for e-commerce platforms.
