Perform manual and automated testing for web applications across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. Design and execute tests using Azure Test Plans, BDD, Gherkin, and SpecFlow. Build automation frameworks with C#, Selenium, NUnit, and Page Object Model; conduct API testing with Postman or RestSharp; validate data using SQL; manage code with Git; and run tests through Azure CI/CD pipelines. Support documentation, reporting, verification, validation, and AI-assisted automation initiatives.

Build AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, AI Builder, and Dataverse. Develop Copilot agents, automated workflows, prompt libraries, and reusable AI accelerators; support governance, security, responsible AI, and enterprise adoption. Evaluate emerging technologies, create prototypes, deliver training and workshops, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
