Leads clinical and business performance across a regional network of chiropractic clinics. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing P&L outcomes, recruiting and developing clinic teams, building succession pipelines, improving patient and billing experiences, executing operating plans, supporting organizational change, and advancing clinical excellence, engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Generates new patient appointments through face-to-face outreach at wellness screenings, businesses, retail locations, and community events. Educates prospects about chiropractic care, builds rapport, identifies needs, converts qualified prospects into appointments, and executes patient acquisition strategies. The role requires meeting performance goals, collaborating with sales and clinic teams, managing event priorities, and representing Chiro One professionally in the community.

Drives patient acquisition through wellness screening events and workshops at business, retail, and community venues. Educates prospects about spinal health and chiropractic care, builds rapport, identifies potential clients, converts leads into patient appointments, develops sales strategies, and meets performance targets. Requires strong communication, presentation, negotiation, collaboration, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
