Manages mechanical hoisting projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Conducts site assessments, develops customer plans, coordinates designers, contractors, suppliers, and authorities, monitors project progress, performs risk assessments and inspections, and provides technical guidance to project teams.

Manage $1M–$5M telecommunications construction projects from kickoff through closeout. Responsibilities include controlling scope, schedules, budgets, labor, materials, subcontractors, quality, billing, change orders, and customer expectations. The role interprets construction documents, performs takeoffs and estimates, coordinates field teams and vendors, leads project meetings, communicates with stakeholders, resolves issues, and identifies additional work opportunities. Requires telecom or low-voltage construction experience and knowledge of Division 27/28 systems, BICSI standards, NEC requirements, and commercial construction practices.

Supports construction, rehabilitation, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems for movable bridges. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and submittals, coordinating subcontractors and heavy lifts, tracking schedules and costs, monitoring field operations, preparing RFIs and project documentation, verifying equipment alignment and tolerances, supporting quality control, and coordinating electrical, structural, and controls disciplines. The role requires experience with heavy civil or bridge projects and mechanical, hydraulic, and rotating equipment systems.
