Own a portfolio of customer sites running Tutor robots: diagnose software and hardware issues, build scripts/tooling and playbooks to automate recurring work, partner with engineering on fixes, track fleet health, and maintain customer relationships while spending onsite and remote time.

The Account Executive will drive mid-market sales of robotic palletizing solutions, managing the full sales cycle from creation to close, primarily targeting operations leaders and plant managers in various industrial sectors.

Own end-to-end customer deployments for on-site robotics: coordinate site readiness, timelines, delivery, and cross-functional stakeholders; identify and resolve risks; document and improve deployment playbooks; support early post-launch stabilization and handoff to Customer Success.
