On-site UI/UX Designer and Video Editor responsible for user research, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and producing/editing optimized video content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital assets and improve overall user experience.

Design, develop, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure code quality via testing and debugging, integrate with back-end systems, manage builds and App Store deployments, and stay current with mobile development trends.

Provide on-site Level 1/2 technical support for end-users (phone, email, in-person), troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, administer Microsoft 365 and Windows Server accounts, maintain system security, document procedures, and collaborate on IT projects and upgrades while working Sydney (AUS) hours.
