Manage a multidisciplinary team, agencies, budgets, forecasts, and performance targets while partnering with Creative, Product, Sales, CX, and Operations.

Own TUSHY’s paid creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Develop briefs, concepts, and testing plans; direct static, video, creator, and UGC creative; analyze performance data; scale winning assets; and refine underperforming work. Shape brand campaigns, maintain consistent voice across channels, and provide performance recommendations to Growth, Brand, and leadership while staying current on platform trends and formats.
