Manages capital projects including facility renovations, retrofits, equipment and utility installations. Develops project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and cost controls while coordinating internal teams, contractors, designers, suppliers, and affected departments. Ensures quality, regulatory compliance, permitting, safety, and timely completion. Oversees project funds, maintenance and capital improvement budgets, team performance, and construction work across building systems including electrical, HVAC, boilers, and mechanical equipment.
