Lead plant engineering and maintenance functions, managing engineers and supervisors to ensure reliable operations. Develop preventive/predictive maintenance, oversee capital and expense projects, manage budgets, vendors, KPIs, safety and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement to maximize uptime and reduce costs.

Pick, stack, and distribute refrigerated products per daily orders; maintain product rotation, quality, and documentation; follow GMPs and SOPs; report food safety issues; assist with preventative maintenance and process improvements.

Pull and stack refrigerated products to fulfill daily orders, maintain product rotation and quality, complete production and quality logs and paperwork, follow GMP and food-safety procedures, support preventative maintenance, and identify process improvements while maintaining safe working conditions.
