As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you'll enhance operational efficiency by managing knowledge resources, documenting workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.

Lead and optimize end-to-end procure-to-pay operations (AP, T&E, travel, procurement). Ensure controls, timely invoice/payment processing, vendor and PO management, 1099 compliance, corporate card oversight, and month-end close support in NetSuite/FloQast. Manage and develop AP specialists, administer travel via Navan, run Coupa workflows, and drive process automation and continuous improvement.

Investigate suspected fraud, material misrepresentation, and policy violations in claims. Review high-risk referrals and model alerts, gather evidence and conduct interviews, document findings, recommend claim outcomes or escalations, collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and law enforcement, and support fraud prevention and process improvements.
