Analyzes complex datasets, identifies opportunities, develops actionable recommendations, and leads experimentation supporting product and business decisions. Presents insights to executive leadership, tracks business performance, partners cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations, and builds data specifications and ETL pipelines. The role also assesses product and policy impacts and supports strategic analytical projects.

Investigate and process auto claims, assist Hosts and Guests with self-resolution, coordinate with third-party administrators, collect amounts due, maintain claim documentation, and improve claims-handling processes. The role emphasizes bilingual English/French customer service, conflict resolution, responsiveness, accurate follow-through, and collaboration in a hybrid Toronto office environment.

Own and execute paid and organic top-of-funnel experiments to acquire hosts across Canadian markets. Build roadmaps for creatives, targeting, offers, and landing pages; partner with Creative and media partners; analyze CAC and conversion metrics to optimize supply growth, including bilingual campaigns for Quebec.
