Serve as primary contact for high-impact host and guest escalations across North America in English and French. Resolve billing, damage, mechanical, reservation, and policy issues; advocate for Quebec regional needs; collaborate cross-functionally; identify trends and improve processes using customer support tools.

Lead segment-level strategy and company-wide planning cycles for a key customer segment. Drive cross-functional alignment, structure problems, define priorities and roadmaps, track business performance, and improve organizational planning and accountability. Partner with product, marketing, data, finance, and operations to translate strategy into executable initiatives.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platform tools; define canonical data models; deploy and operate workflow managers (Airflow/Jenkins); work with cloud data tools (Redshift, EMR) and infra (Kubernetes, Terraform); implement data security controls; mentor junior engineers and collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams.
