Manage subrogation claims by investigating recovery potential, preparing documentation, negotiating settlements, coordinating with attorneys and collection agencies, maintaining records and diaries, meeting KPIs, and contributing to process improvements within the claims team.

Design and build scalable payment, billing, and invoicing capabilities while migrating monolithic services to independently deployable cloud microservices. Lead architecture decisions, write and test high-quality code, conduct code reviews, oversee deployments, improve reliability and performance, create diagnostic tools, document technical designs, and mentor engineers across product, core services, and platform teams.

Leads Turo’s business development and strategic partnerships strategy, identifying, negotiating, and scaling partnerships that drive profitable growth and customer acquisition. Oversees partnership performance, financial metrics, reporting, executive relationships, partner launches, and cross-functional integrations with Product, Engineering, Marketing, PR, and Legal. Manages a team of partnership professionals, builds scalable processes, represents Turo externally, and shapes the company’s mobility and car ownership strategy.
