Provides in-house legal guidance across contracts, employment law, litigation, nonprofit compliance, regulatory matters, and organizational policies. Drafts and negotiates legal documents, conducts research, supports HR, monitors legal developments, develops compliance training, and assists the General Counsel with litigation strategy and outside counsel coordination. The role is full-time, on-site in Phoenix, requires active bar membership, at least three years of legal experience, and occasional travel.

The Faith Regional Manager connects with pastors, launches groups, organizes events, and builds a network to promote conservative values.

Manage and grow faith-based campus and community networks: recruit and mobilize pastors and leaders, launch Faith Groups, organize events and initiatives, conduct outreach and presentations, maintain data and reporting, and represent the organization at conferences. Requires teamwork, leadership development, and strong organizational skills.
