Supports a senior development leader by managing calendars, meetings, expenses, travel, donor research, donor materials, event communications, and CRM records. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-stress environment. Frequent travel, a valid driver’s license, and support for fundraising and donor-management activities are required.

Provides in-house legal guidance across contracts, employment law, litigation, nonprofit compliance, regulatory matters, and organizational policies. Drafts and negotiates legal documents, conducts research, supports HR, monitors legal developments, develops compliance training, and assists the General Counsel with litigation strategy and outside counsel coordination. The role is full-time, on-site in Phoenix, requires active bar membership, at least three years of legal experience, and occasional travel.

The Faith Regional Manager will work with pastors and leaders, establishing Faith Groups, organizing events, conducting outreach, and managing coalitions while promoting the organization's mission.
