Provides in-house legal guidance across contracts, employment law, litigation, nonprofit compliance, regulatory matters, and organizational policies. Drafts and negotiates legal documents, conducts research, supports HR, monitors legal developments, develops compliance training, and assists the General Counsel with litigation strategy and outside counsel coordination. The role is full-time, on-site in Phoenix, requires active bar membership, at least three years of legal experience, and occasional travel.

Manage and grow Faith Groups and pastoral networks across the territory. Mobilize local leaders for events and initiatives, conduct outreach and presentations, organize data and initiatives, and report progress to senior leadership while meeting program goals.
