Manage multiple high-end commercial real estate renovation projects from initiation through closeout. Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality, risk, change management, documentation, client communications, bidding, resource selection, and construction coordination. Prepare project scopes, estimates, schedules, cash flow plans, and risk mitigation strategies while tracking performance against approved objectives and reporting variances.

Leads cost control for oil and gas pipeline capital projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, variance analysis, earned value, change management, invoice reconciliation, and executive reporting. Collaborates with project, finance, procurement, contractor, and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy and governance. Supports audits, SOX compliance, annual planning, process improvements, and mentoring of junior personnel.

Supports the Risk Management team by organizing data, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating meetings, managing agendas and action items, maintaining legal spend and licensing trackers, and preparing legal documents for electronic signature. The role also assists with external counsel briefs, legal billing and invoicing, SOX controls, and process improvement initiatives. Success requires strong organization, communication, discretion, initiative, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
