Manage and maintain data center project and operational documentation across digital and physical systems. Responsibilities include auditing records, validating data quality, preparing reports and compliance documentation, coordinating with facility and project teams, recording meeting minutes, and supporting project closure and archival processes. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, document management, compliance, and proficiency with ACONEX, EDMS, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.

Plan and manage major infrastructure projects, applying construction or project management expertise to oversee project delivery. The role requires at least 15 years of overall experience, including 10 years in similar assignments, plus experience managing a large infrastructure project valued above Rs. 500 crores. PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification is required.

Supports marketing and communications activities for the Japan market, including campaign execution, brand management, PR, media relations, content and copywriting, social media, website updates, digital campaigns, events, internal communications, and KPI reporting. The role localizes global and APAC initiatives, coordinates multiple projects, collaborates with internal leaders and external partners, and helps strengthen brand awareness and generate business leads.
