Provide financial administration and analysis for Defence projects: manage sales and supplier invoices, support project setup in D365, chase aged debt, reconcile receipts, prepare POs and subcontracts, collate timesheets and approvals, produce forecasts, budgets, WIP and reports, and present data via visualisations and dashboards. Support Finance Manager and respond to client and supplier financial queries.

Lead BIM strategy, implementation and information management across projects. Develop BIM requirements and execution plans, perform model assurance and data verification, manage BIM coordinators, run workshops, and deliver dashboards and visualisations to support project delivery.

Lead delivery of complex, large-scale Defence programmes as a project manager. Apply APM-aligned project controls, risk and schedule management, budgeting and governance. Build client relationships, coordinate contractors and develop government-standard business cases while maintaining MoD security requirements.
