Manage tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, documentation governance, quality control, risk mitigation, team leadership, client communication, and project status reporting. The role coordinates project resources, evaluates bids, tracks performance against objectives, and guides delivery teams while ensuring accurate project data and successful occupancy and closeout.

Leads cost control and financial forecasting for oil and gas pipeline capital projects. Manages budgets, cash flow projections, variance analysis, cost reporting, invoice reconciliation, change impacts, commitments, earned value, and project performance metrics. Partners with project management, finance, procurement, contractors, and leadership to identify risks, support governance, improve processes, and ensure compliance. Mentors junior personnel and supports audits, budgeting, long-range planning, and project funding activities.

Lead development and maintenance of integrated master schedules for CQV and construction activities, integrate contractor schedules, apply EVM, monitor critical path, produce schedule reports/analysis, manage schedule baselines and changes, ensure GMP/regulatory alignment, liaise with stakeholders, and support schedule management on large life‑sciences capital programs.
