Manage project controls for large construction projects and programs, including integrated master schedules, cost control, earned value, risk management, change orders, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. Partner with project managers, contractors, clients, and consultants to maintain schedule integrity, assess critical-path impacts, facilitate planning and risk sessions, and recommend corrective actions. The role is based in Houston, Texas, with up to 20% travel to Eunice, New Mexico.

Manages finance and operations support for a real estate cost center, including forecasting, invoicing, budget monitoring, revenue and cost allocation, utilization reporting, expense review, compliance, sector reporting, bid financials, procurement portal registration, dashboards, and leadership coordination. The role partners with finance teams, cost center leaders, commission managers, clients, and market operations leads while supporting process improvements and special projects.

Manage design execution for hyperscale data center and other construction projects. Coordinate design consultants, facilitate design reviews and workshops, administer contracts, track cost, schedule, scope and deliverables, manage changes, coordinate with procurement and construction, and ensure timely distribution of engineering information. This remote role requires approximately 30% travel to project sites around Atlanta, Charleston, and Raleigh.
