Lead contract administration during construction, overseeing RFIs, submittals, change management, payment certification, closeout, and site/OAC meetings. Conduct site reviews, coordinate with clients/contractors/consultants, manage project financials with the Project Manager, and mentor the project team to ensure deliverables meet design intent and contractual requirements.

Design, build, deploy, and maintain full-stack studio applications using React and .NET. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflows into APIs, databases, and CI/CD-backed solutions; prototype new tech and support integrations including Autodesk tools.
