Provides customer support for order placement, status updates, cancellations, shipping changes, delivery exceptions, RMAs, credits, and product issues. The role communicates by email and phone, obtains tracking information and shipping quotes, coordinates with manufacturers, manages inventory-related transactions, and uses ERP software. Candidates need prior customer service experience, strong computer and communication skills, professional judgment, and a high school diploma. Automotive or service experience is preferred.

Develop and maintain database-driven web applications using PHP and SQL, integrate RESTful APIs, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, support the software development lifecycle, document solutions, and assist with Linux server monitoring and maintenance.

Perform accounts receivable functions including customer payment processing, cash application, account reconciliation, billing exception monitoring, discrepancy resolution, collections communications, credit limit adjustments, account documentation audits, data entry, and administrative support. The role requires accurate accounting work, customer interaction, responsiveness, and effective prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
