Own strategic initiatives from opportunity identification and business case development through execution, measurement, optimization, and scale. Lead end-to-end GenAI engagements for Fortune 500 clients: drive client relationships, select use cases, provide technical direction, manage delivery timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure business impact from POC to full-scale implementation.

The Senior Technical Recruiter will source, engage, and close elite research engineering and AI talent. Responsibilities include mapping passive talent across academia, research labs, startups, GitHub, arXiv, and OpenReview; building proactive pipelines; assessing technical relevance; partnering with research and executive leaders; and developing customized closing strategies for highly contested offers. The role requires deep technical recruiting experience, AI/ML domain literacy, compensation and equity knowledge, startup speed, and strong ownership.
