Lead and optimize Talent Operations processes at scale, manage KPIs and a 15+ person team, drive AI-forward automation, improve candidate experience, own stakeholder reporting, and execute cost and process optimization initiatives.

Lead HR Business Partner and Talent Development functions, partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession. Scale talent review frameworks, drive performance management, build leadership programs, and champion Generative AI adoption in people operations. Coach senior leaders, support scaling, and measure talent retention, leadership capability, and workforce planning maturity.
