Lead the technical implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers. Responsibilities include technical discovery, solution design, environment configuration, data mapping, API and identity integrations, testing, launch readiness, troubleshooting, documentation, and handoff to customer success and support. The role coordinates customer and internal teams, protects privacy and security boundaries, develops repeatable implementation processes, and feeds implementation insights into product and platform decisions.

Build and improve user-facing web products across the frontend, backend, APIs, and data models. Collaborate with product and design, implement and test features, investigate production issues, improve performance and accessibility, and contribute to shared engineering systems. The role includes end-to-end ownership of product initiatives and a focus on user needs, reliability, privacy, and maintainable code.

Build Ture’s marketing function across B2B campaigns, content, website optimization, email, social media, events, demand generation, and marketing operations. Responsibilities include creating campaigns and assets, managing editorial calendars, developing nurture workflows, maintaining CRM and attribution data, conducting market research, supporting product marketing and sales, coordinating external contributors, and testing channels. Success involves establishing marketing processes, generating qualified conversations, improving content quality, and identifying effective investments.
