Own and nurture Turaco's partnerships in Rwanda: build trusted relationships across partner teams, lead partnership launches and rollouts, manage operational processes (invoicing, payments, escalations), conduct field visits and performance reviews, deliver market intelligence, and coordinate cross-functional resolution to ensure partners realize sustained commercial value.

The Customer Operations Associate acts as a liaison between Turaco and its customers, answering inquiries, processing claims, and promoting products to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets.

Manage and grow Turaco's Nigeria partnerships by serving as primary account contact, analyzing partner workflows, ensuring operational stability, identifying expansion opportunities, maintaining CRM accuracy, auditing execution dashboards, and communicating insights to stakeholders across levels to drive partner value and revenue.
