Drive execution across Commercial Operations by translating priorities into actions, coordinating cross-functional projects, resolving operational issues, improving performance processes, and using data to identify risks and opportunities. The role partners with Customer Operations, Claims, Finance, Product, Technology, and Partnerships to improve launches, controls, workflows, and operating results. It requires strong problem-solving, communication, judgment, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Manage Turaco’s Tanzania partnerships by building executive and field-level relationships, coordinating launches and product rollouts, resolving partner issues, monitoring market intelligence, supporting regulatory and industry engagement, and ensuring timely invoicing and payments. The role requires strong account management, operational control, analytical communication, and knowledge of financial inclusion, microfinance, mobile money, and asset financing in Tanzania.

Engages customers by phone to explain insurance products, process sales, and provide customer service. Responsibilities include telesales, upselling and cross-selling, product and claims inquiries, customer registration, data entry, claims investigation and settlement, fraud detection, and coordination with medical providers. The role requires meeting sales and contact center metrics while communicating accurately and respectfully with customers.
