The Customer Operations Associate acts as a liaison between Turaco and its customers, answering inquiries, processing claims, and promoting products to enhance customer experience and meet sales targets.

Lead regional business development across West Africa, owning the P&L and driving partnership-led revenue growth. Build and manage a pipeline, negotiate complex deals, shape go-to-market strategy, mentor BD talent, and implement disciplined CRM and reporting processes to scale sustainable, tech-enabled insurance partnerships.

Handle inbound customer inquiries about products and claims, register customers and perform data entry, upsell and close sales calls, meet customer operations metrics, and investigate/process insurance claims while detecting fraud and coordinating with providers and colleagues.
