Generate and qualify outbound and inbound pipeline across Brands, Agencies, and Public Affairs. Research accounts, qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, maintain CRM hygiene, standardize BDR-to-AE handoffs, align sales tools and messaging, and nurture prospects until sales-ready.

Work directly with the CEO to convert warm network connections into pipeline by executing personalized outreach, managing inbound interest, coordinating meetings, maintaining CRM records, and driving follow-up to progress opportunities. Support CEO LinkedIn activity and align with Sales and Marketing to deliver a high-touch experience across channels.

Lead day-to-day privacy program operations: translate legal obligations into policies and controls, manage consumer opt-outs and data subject requests, maintain data inventories and vendor reviews, support incident response and privacy impact assessments, ensure regulatory compliance across U.S. state privacy laws and data broker requirements, and coordinate privacy governance across product, engineering, and business teams.
