Own day-to-day People Operations systems and processes, including HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, leave programs, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance. Manage Rippling workflows, oversee multi-state payroll compliance, support performance management cycles, and contribute to culture and employee engagement initiatives. This hands-on generalist role will build reliable HR infrastructure and improve employee experiences as the company grows.

Lead Research & Data Operations across Audience, Survey, and Activation teams; set standards for methodology, quality, and delivery; drive tooling, automation, and API/integration strategy; manage cross-functional handoffs, capacity planning, and partner relationships; build leadership bench and align RDO to revenue goals.

Lead and scale Tunnls agency go-to-market: drive new agency sales, expand revenue within agency accounts, define GTM strategy, align cross-functional teams, represent Tunnl to senior agency leaders, and report channel performance to executives.
