The Senior Sales Manager will drive business growth by pursuing new clients, managing the sales cycle, nurturing relationships, and mentoring junior team members in a high-growth tech startup focused on corporate travel.

The SDR will own outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to build pipeline, qualify and nurture leads, keep CRM records, re-engage inactive prospects, collaborate with Sales Managers, and meet monthly and quarterly lead and opportunity targets.

Lead daily travel operations for the DACH market: manage service delivery, SLAs, escalations, complex bookings, team coaching, process design, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to scale operations.
