Tulsa Housing Authority

Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) is a public housing agency serving Tulsa through traditional public housing, mixed-finance housing, and rental-assistance voucher programs. It operates housing communities for families, seniors, and people with disabilities, and provides Section 8, project-based, and veterans’ housing vouchers. THA also offers resident social services that connect people with resources such as food, health care, and education, with the goal of helping vulnerable residents achieve self-sufficiency.
