Lead definition and delivery of complex software-enabled systems and embedded device firmware. Define system architectures, solve integration and performance challenges, provide technical leadership across software, electronics and systems engineering, mentor engineers, and collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to shape and deliver solutions.

Provide NetSuite administration and support across the business: manage users/roles/permissions, troubleshoot bugs, apply upgrades/patches, build workflows, SuiteScripts, saved searches and reports, document processes, train users, and collaborate with Power BI and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate ERP data and system improvements.

Design, develop and deliver FPGA firmware and prototypes across full product lifecycle. Capture requirements, implement VHDL/Verilog designs using Vivado/Quartus, perform testing, documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Work may include DSP algorithm development, MATLAB/Simulink modelling, embedded C/C++ on Linux, electronics and RF/SDR or radar applications for defence projects.
