Manages accounts receivable portfolios, including customer aging, cash application, deduction research, payment resolution, and recurring reporting. Maintains process documentation, supports audits and special projects, and contributes to accounts receivable process improvements. Collaborates with Sales, Supply Chain, IT, Warehouse Operations, and Finance. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Excel and Outlook.

Supports treasury cash management and accounts payable operations, including bank and general ledger reconciliations, deposits, vendor setup, invoice processing, credit card and expense reconciliation, month-end reporting, audits, and 1099 reporting. The role also contributes to process improvements and special projects while resolving payment issues with vendors and internal teams.

Owns growth and performance across D2C, marketplace, and social commerce channels. Responsibilities include optimizing Shopify, TikTok Shop, SEO, SEM, PPC, conversion funnels, product listings, testing roadmaps, analytics dashboards, and revenue strategies. Partners cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, brand, content, and finance teams to improve traffic, conversion, profitability, and digital revenue.
