Owns the full sales cycle, including prospecting, executive engagement, solution development, negotiation, and closing. Builds new-logo pipeline, expands accounts, develops territory strategies, manages partner-led selling, orchestrates internal and external stakeholders, and consistently delivers revenue, booking, quota, and forecast targets.

Own production reliability for a real-time, multi-tenant platform, including SLOs, error budgets, incident response, scaling, observability, capacity planning, chaos engineering, and safe deployments. Automate remediation using Go or Python, operate event-driven systems and cloud infrastructure at scale, lead incident communications, and maintain uptime through monitoring, load testing, canary releases, and rollback controls.

Build and own a Windows-native desktop agent featuring virtual audio devices, real-time bidirectional audio routing, DOM scraping, process integration, and an MCP server. Develop the desktop-to-cloud event-driven path under 300ms, support enterprise deployment across more than 10,000 seats, ensure driver signing and antivirus compatibility, and maintain crash telemetry, security, and low-latency systems performance.
