Lead the agent and supervisor product experience for a B2B SaaS contact-center platform: own Agent UI, Control UI, and Active Listening UX. Define information hierarchy, latency budgets, RBAC and accessibility; partner with design and engineering, write one-page specs, run customer pilots, and measure success via AHT, adoption, CSAT, and suggestion acceptance.

Own the platform behind AI CX products: AI services (APIs, eval, guardrails, latency, cost), Desktop Intercept (capture, OS integration, PII redaction), and integrations (CCaaS, CRM, telephony, data warehouses). Prioritize by revenue impact, set latency/cost budgets, define metrics and acceptance criteria, drive reliability/privacy as features, and produce crisp one-page specs to ship to enterprise customers.

Design, build, and scale production multi-agent systems using Google ADK. Architect deterministic graph workflows, integrate tools and enterprise datastores, evaluate/debug agent trajectories, and deploy high-availability agents to Agent Engine via GCP (Cloud Run/Vertex AI). Collaborate with product and research teams to integrate Gemini models into agentic frameworks.
