Drives new-business growth for CCaaS and customer experience solutions across enterprise and upper mid-market accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline generation, strategic account planning, executive engagement, complex sales-cycle leadership, RFP responses, solution positioning, forecasting, contract negotiation, and quota attainment. The role collaborates with architects, consultants, delivery teams, and technology partners to sell multi-vendor technology and professional services solutions.

Implements, develops, tests, and supports NICE CXone and CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients. Designs omnichannel and process-automation solutions, resolves defects, supports production, presents to executive stakeholders, develops solution pitches, and mentors software engineers. The role combines technical consulting, platform architecture, software development, client engagement, and project delivery using technologies including CXone Studio, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++.
