Provides client-facing change management consulting for enterprise transformation initiatives. Assesses readiness, stakeholder impact, adoption risks, and resistance; develops change strategies, communications, manager toolkits, learning alignment, and sustainment plans. Facilitates workshops and leadership sessions, tracks adoption and behavior-change metrics, and partners with business, HR, L&D, and design teams to improve outcomes.

Performance Improvement Consultant diagnosing business and performance challenges, aligning interventions to business goals, and guiding execution, change adoption, enablement, and sustainment. The role partners with senior client stakeholders, uses data to define success metrics, supports implementation, and measures business outcomes across complex enterprise environments.

Supports client sales leaders and learning teams by identifying performance gaps, translating sales strategies into learning and enablement tools, creating playbooks and sales assets, facilitating training, and aligning metrics to sales effectiveness. Requires substantial B2B sales or enablement experience, knowledge of sales methodologies, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and comfort in client-facing project environments.
