Manage the company’s cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, security monitoring, and resilience initiatives. Coordinate penetration tests, audits, remediation, and external partners while advising IT and OT projects. The role also involves executive reporting, cybersecurity awareness training, and promoting organization-wide security practices.

Leads TT-Line’s HR and Crewing function, including strategic workforce planning, recruitment, retention, succession, crew rotations, compliance, training records, and fleet manning. Manages HR and crewing teams, budgets, KPIs, contracts, collective bargaining agreements, unions, agencies, and external stakeholders. Ensures compliance with MLC 2006, STCW, flag-state, and safe-manning requirements while strengthening crew welfare, leadership, employer branding, and operational reliability.
