Develop and maintain scalable software, contribute to architecture and code quality, troubleshoot production issues, and support CI/CD practices. Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching teams, tracking sprint metrics, improving predictability, and coordinating with Product Owners and stakeholders. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Glastonbury, Connecticut office and occasional after-hours incident support.

Supervise a product support team serving aerospace and defense clients. Lead escalated issue resolution, SLA performance, standups, quality assurance, client communication, workflow automation, AI tool adoption, ticket trend analysis, technical documentation, and continuous process improvement. Coach team members in technical problem-solving and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and support outcomes.

Design and enhance customer-facing aerospace and defense applications through user research, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and functional specifications. Collaborate with product, development, quality, training, customers, and subject-matter experts to create intuitive, consistent interfaces aligned with technical requirements. Document workflows and product requirements, support testing and training, and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives.

Lead a portfolio of concurrent military and application development projects, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, compliance, dependencies, and customer outcomes. Coordinate technical and business teams, manage governance and reporting, align application development lifecycles, and maintain customer and partner relationships. The role requires cross-functional leadership, risk mitigation, executive communication, export-control compliance, and travel of up to 30%.

Provides Tier 1 production support for Maintenix, EData+, and related tools. Resolves application, access, navigation, data, and business-process issues; manages tickets and client communications; performs software and qualification testing; administers authorized access; documents resolutions and procedures; and escalates complex or security-sensitive issues with supporting evidence.
