Manages on-site operations across two Brooklyn worker centers and a Manhattan hub. Provides HR partnership to fiscally sponsored nonprofit projects, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, job design, policy application, compliance, onboarding, and workforce needs. The role coaches managers, identifies risks, coordinates with internal HR and business teams, supports equitable hiring practices, conducts audits, and contributes to HR initiatives and process improvements.

Leads fundraising and communications strategy for a worker-justice nonprofit. Responsibilities include major-gift cultivation, foundation and government grants, donor stewardship, fundraising events, development operations, media relations, social media, branding, content creation, public speaking, and communications team management. The role partners with organizational leadership, manages revenue goals and external vendors, oversees campaigns and press materials, and builds relationships with donors, funders, workers, media, and community partners.
