Leads grassroots outreach, worker recruitment, leadership development, and organizing campaigns for immigrant and low-wage workers. Educates workers about labor rights, safety, wage theft, and discrimination; supports complaints and collective action; facilitates meetings, trainings, and direct actions; maintains outreach records; and builds partnerships with agencies, unions, legal advocates, and community organizations. Requires frequent field outreach, Spanish fluency, flexible evening and weekend availability, and primarily onsite work in New York City.

Provides HR partnership to fiscally sponsored nonprofit projects, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, job design, policy application, compliance, onboarding, and workforce needs. The role coaches managers, identifies risks, coordinates with internal HR and business teams, supports equitable hiring practices, conducts audits, and contributes to HR initiatives and process improvements.

Leads fundraising and communications strategy for a worker-justice nonprofit. Responsibilities include major-gift cultivation, foundation and government grants, donor stewardship, fundraising events, development operations, media relations, social media, branding, content creation, public speaking, and communications team management. The role partners with organizational leadership, manages revenue goals and external vendors, oversees campaigns and press materials, and builds relationships with donors, funders, workers, media, and community partners.
