Supports project planning, tracking, reporting, resource coordination, escalations, stakeholder updates, CRM maintenance, and project execution. The role manages Excel trackers, dashboards, Jira tasks, status reports, and presentations while coordinating cross-functional teams and assisting senior stakeholders. It also requires developing familiarity with data privacy, confidentiality, business requirements, and technology-driven projects.

Designs and implements privacy and data protection programs, conducts gap, risk, control, and internal assessments, supports certification audits, and advises clients on GDPR, CCPA, ISO, NIST, and HITRUST compliance. Develops policies, reports, ISMS documentation, cybersecurity governance strategies, and incident management and data subject rights processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Support digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms. Create blogs, posts, newsletters, and promotional materials; conduct market and competitor research; manage social media and track performance metrics. Assist with events, webinars, community engagement, lead organization, campaigns, and reporting using marketing tools and CRMs. Contribute ideas to strengthen brand voice and online presence.
