Owns Microsoft security technologies, security monitoring, risk remediation, vendor relationships, security awareness, and executive reporting. Partners with infrastructure, IT, business, and external teams to strengthen controls, support audits, secure cloud modernization, and improve organizational cybersecurity maturity.

Leads enterprise-wide ERP and MES implementations across manufacturing plants, serving as the Epicor manufacturing platform owner. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, system design and configuration, workshop facilitation, change management, training, workflow automation, operational analysis, and steering committee reporting. The role partners with IT and cross-functional leaders to improve shop-floor execution, manufacturing efficiency, customer delivery, and margins.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer coordination, and acceptance. Partners with hiring managers, builds talent pipelines, conducts proactive outreach, maintains ATS records, coordinates interviews, and supports a consistent candidate experience. The role also contributes to employer branding, direct sourcing, recruiting process improvements, and compliance with recruiting best practices and employment laws.
