Manage monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, financial statements, and reporting schedules. Lead audit preparation and communications, ensure accurate accounting for inventory, COGS, prepaid expenses, accruals, and revenue recognition, and partner with Strategic Finance and Supply Chain. Improve accounting processes and controls while supporting analyses, system implementations, and international expansion.

Lead hands-on strategy and execution for Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping) and YouTube, own channel CAC/ROAS targets, manage tagging/measurement, creative pipelines, reporting in Northbeam/Databricks, run incrementality tests, and coordinate peak planning and Google partner relationships.
