Manage daily operations for Fi’s NYC headquarters, including supplies, equipment, mail, vendors, maintenance, office organization, budgets, contracts, packages, badges, and onboarding. Partner with People, IT, Finance, and leadership to support workplace events, culture, seasonal decor, swag, and welcome kits. Greet guests and employees while maintaining a welcoming, functional, dog-friendly office environment.

Own the strategy and hands-on execution of Google, YouTube, and Amazon advertising. Manage acquisition targets, CAC, payback, contribution margin, budgets, bidding, creative pipelines, measurement, reporting, incrementality testing, product launches, and peak-season planning. Partner with Finance, Brand, Creative, merchandising, feed teams, and advertising platform representatives to drive profitable customer growth.

Own Fi’s lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, automated journeys, segmentation, testing, retention, renewal, and winback. Manage campaign calendars, deliverability, compliance, lifecycle technology, budget, and KPI reporting. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Creative, and Customer Support on tracking, attribution, and customer communications. Build hands-on programs while coaching an Email Marketing Manager and optimizing engagement, revenue, retention, and list health.
