Teams at TrxNow (Allied Dispatch Solutions, LLC)

Performs daily, weekly, and monthly account reconciliations; investigates and resolves financial variances; supports transaction processing, month-end and year-end close activities, documentation, audit compliance, workflow analysis, and process improvements. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate financial data and efficient operational accounting processes.

Manage and sustain partner relationships, respond to day-to-day client needs, identify opportunities to grow client business, and deliver proactive solutions to exceed expectations while supporting long-term revenue growth.

Handle inbound roadside assistance calls, identify customer needs, locate addresses, arrange and dispatch service providers, and provide customer care and follow-up. The role uses company technology for basic research, typing, and dispatch tasks. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided. Bilingual customer service specialists may work full-time, part-time, or remotely, with flexible second- and third-shift schedules.
