Serve as primary post-sales advisor for mid-market fintech and financial institution accounts. Lead onboarding, out-of-the-box implementations, integrations, and training for 80–100 accounts. Drive product adoption, retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities; run business reviews, monitor usage/health metrics, and document customer feedback to optimize outcomes.

Manage MyTruv's consumer app social presence across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Plan, package, and post content, engage with comments and DMs, coordinate with UGC creators, grow and nurture community, and relay audience insights to growth and product teams.

Owning the mortgage business line end-to-end: P&L responsibility, set segment strategy, align go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS), hire and scale the team, drive revenue growth and executive relationships, and run operating cadence and forecasts.
