Teams at Truth Initiative

Leads enterprise organizational development, learning and talent strategies, career frameworks, leadership development, change management, project governance, continuous improvement, SOP governance, and organizational effectiveness measurement. Advises senior leaders, oversees the internal LMS and learning programs, facilitates cross-functional initiatives, and develops dashboards and recommendations to improve capability, employee growth, adoption, and organizational performance.

Provides programmatic, administrative, and operational support for development and partnership initiatives. Coordinates projects, grants, contracts, stakeholder engagement, events, webinars, outreach, meetings, communications, inventory, vendors, and partner requests. Maintains project plans, timelines, CRM records, and deliverables while tracking follow-ups and supporting cross-functional collaboration. The role is hybrid in Washington, D.C., with approximately 5% travel for conferences, meetings, and partner events.
