Leads TrustPoint’s satellite spectrum strategy, ITU filings, FCC licensing, international coordination, interference analysis, and earth-station approvals. Drives government affairs and policy engagement with U.S. agencies, Congress, industry, and international forums to advance resilient commercial PNT. Oversees space regulatory compliance, export controls, launch licensing, and UN registration. Requires extensive satellite spectrum experience, regulatory expertise, technical RF fluency, policy influence, and U.S. Person status. The hybrid Herndon role includes occasional domestic and international travel.

Designs and manages TrustPoint’s IT infrastructure, AWS cloud environments, networks, developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and automation. Leads security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, monitoring, documentation, and compliance programs. Owns CMMC readiness, NIST controls, FedRAMP-aligned practices, AWS GovCloud, CUI and export-controlled environments, and future classified-system infrastructure. Supports developer productivity, disaster recovery, asset management, and secure field systems.

The Electrical and RF Engineer will design and implement electrical components for GNSS satellites and receivers, focusing on reliability and performance enhancement while collaborating with engineering teams and supporting product development activities.
