The Senior Tech and Platform Partnerships Manager will design, launch, and operationalize an app partner program emphasizing AI, automation, and partner innovation, acting as a bridge between product and partnerships while ensuring program success and scalability.

Lead the full enterprise sales cycle for Tier 1 accounts: prospect and close deals with C-level executives, develop sales frameworks, pursue greenfield verticals, manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, exceed quarterly targets, and coordinate handoffs with implementation and cross-functional teams.

Own a portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers to retain and grow revenue through renewals, upsell and cross-sell. Build account plans, lead commercial conversations, maintain Salesforce accuracy, forecast renewals, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to drive measurable customer value and strong NRR/GRR.
