Deliver and manage enterprise customer integrations from technical kickoff through testing, go-live, and post-launch support. Configure APIs, native connectors, and file-based integrations; troubleshoot logs, payloads, and API responses; and coordinate data mapping, testing, risks, timelines, and stakeholders. Partner with customer IT, ERP, security teams, system integrators, and Customer Success while supporting SAP and Oracle environments. Train customers, document solutions, manage post-launch care, and improve integration delivery processes.

Manage approximately 45 strategic North American enterprise accounts, developing account plans, expanding deployments, negotiating complex contracts, and driving retention and net revenue retention. Build relationships with CFOs and Finance leaders, lead business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, maintain forecasts and CRM records, and coordinate with Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Product. Use MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and business cases to advance expansion opportunities and strengthen customer value.

Manage and grow Trustpair’s EMEA partner ecosystem, including software vendors, systems integrators, and advisory firms. Own partner business plans, joint commercial initiatives, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics. Identify and activate new partners, coordinate co-marketing and sales activities, support agreements and onboarding, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success. The role is based in Paris with hybrid office attendance and regular EMEA travel.
