Teams at Trustpair

Generate and qualify enterprise B2B leads across North America through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, inbound inquiries, partner referrals, and event follow-up. Develop personalized outreach strategies, identify prospect pain points, communicate Trustpair’s value proposition, book qualified sales opportunities, manage outreach sequences, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, and maintain accurate CRM records while meeting territory and monthly targets.

Lead Trustpair’s global Fraud Operations function and approximately 30 employees across internal and BPO teams. Own operational strategy, metrics, quality controls, process improvement, automation, AI use cases, and capacity planning. Develop vendor-payment-fraud expertise and translate frontline insights into product and detection-model improvements. Manage external partnerships and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Care, and Sales, while supporting high-stakes client situations.

Lead two product feature squads reporting to the CTO, drive delivery of the product roadmap, partner with product, set technical vision, hire and mentor engineers, promote quality/security/DevOps practices, define KPIs, and contribute hands-on to code when needed—with focus on LLM-powered AI initiatives.
