Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across functions and regions. Manage job postings, conduct outreach and phone screens, coordinate interviews, contribute to employer branding, and track recruitment metrics to improve processes and reporting.

Support People team with HR administration and payroll preparation (Europe & US), employee requests, office management, and happiness initiatives. Help organize events, manage supplies and vendors, welcome visitors, and improve HR processes while using AI tools and collaborating across teams in a fast-growing scale-up.

Lead backend development on a scalable Ruby on Rails platform: design and implement features, own architecture and releases, support critical customer services, ensure resilience, scalability and security, promote engineering best practices (TDD, code reviews, pair programming), and drive continuous improvement.
