Lead and develop a Technical Account Management team to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion of Trustonic solutions. Act as senior technical advisor for complex mobile, OEM, firmware, and cloud integrations, own escalations and RCA, create scalable playbooks and operating models, influence product roadmap with customer insights, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure secure, optimised implementations and measurable customer outcomes.

Serve as the technical partner for customers to drive adoption, deployment, and optimisation of Trustonic solutions. Troubleshoot and own technical issues, lead RCAs, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Support, manage customer KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and align technical strategy with customer roadmaps across handset, OEM, firmware, and cloud domains.
