Creates graphic designs and concepts for internal and external collateral, advertising, merchandising, newsletters, user interfaces, and digital media. Follows brand guidelines, coordinates production with vendors, revises designs based on feedback, and supports communications and marketing projects. Requires active pursuit of a related degree, design software experience, strong design fundamentals, a portfolio, and the ability to collaborate and meet deadlines.

Analyzes business needs, application capabilities, and technical issues; coordinates requirements between business owners, developers, and vendors; creates specifications and test plans; supports user testing, system conversions, application integrations, database access, and technology projects. The role may range from analyst Level I through Level IV, with higher levels requiring leadership, banking expertise, and advanced application knowledge.

Participates in Trustmark’s Human Resources Development Program within Organizational Development. Assists with team effectiveness assessments, change management, career counseling, coaching, 360 assessments, succession planning, and other organizational development interventions. Coordinates development programs for emerging talent, interns, co-ops, and technical analysts, including schedules and collaboration with HR, Training, and business units. The role includes leadership development, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership.
