Teams at Trustmark Bank

Performs investor accounting and mortgage servicing support, including bank reconciliations, variance research, cash adjustments, loan modification reporting, investor remittances, reject resolution, audit documentation, and disbursement reconciliation. Ensures accurate, timely completion of accounting cycles and investigates discrepancies involving GSE investors such as FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA.

Prepares accurate loan, security, compliance, and related correspondence documents for complex consumer and real estate-secured loans. Reviews applications and source documents, identifies missing information, requests documentation from lenders, and uses LaserPro, Word, Excel, and collateral systems to complete documents within established deadlines. Requires knowledge of consumer real estate collateral, lien perfection, and loan compliance regulations, along with strong organization, communication, analytical, and customer service skills.

Identifies customer financial needs, recommends banking products, originates and submits credit requests, manages loan portfolios, develops new business, supports cross-selling, mitigates credit risk, and maintains strong customer relationships while following bank policies and regulatory requirements.
