Lead and build a global Revenue Operations & Enablement organization: own CRM architecture and data integrity, implement a single forecast methodology and operating rhythm, design comp, territory and quota frameworks, build enablement to reduce ramp and boost productivity, apply AI to the revenue engine, and run global sales events and GTM communications.

Lead strategy and execution for Trustly's risk platform powering payment guarantees. Define roadmap for decisioning, model integration, rules management, and real-time controls. Partner with Data Science and Engineering on thresholds, monitoring, and model feedback loops. Optimize approval/loss tradeoffs across segments, align cross-functional stakeholders, own backlog, and drive delivery with strong technical and analytical judgment.

Oversee Portuguese payroll operations and coordinate external payroll providers across European subsidiaries. Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor, social security and tax rules, maintain payroll accuracy, produce reports, and support process improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.
