Design, build, and operate secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure. Develop Terraform Infrastructure-as-Code components, optimize CircleCI pipelines, and improve automation, monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, governance, security, and FinOps practices. Support containerized workloads, incident response, on-call operations, and externally hosted environments while evaluating AI-assisted engineering tools.

Manage and expand strategic partnerships across Spain with agencies, affiliates, and e-commerce technology partners. Responsibilities include partner acquisition and activation, joint success planning, upselling and cross-selling, performance analysis, revenue growth, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and requires strong Spanish and English communication skills, commercial acumen, and experience with CRM and marketing tools.

Design and maintain scalable Salesforce Service Cloud configurations, automations, governance standards, integrations, access models, and data-quality processes. Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, lead change management, improve documentation, train users, and support GitHub-based CI/CD. Review complex solutions, mentor administrators, and collaborate with developers to align declarative and programmatic development while ensuring platform stability, performance, scalability, and GDPR compliance.
