Own the data platform product roadmap, including multi-chain ingestion, on-chain parsing, token and market data, APIs, datasets, analytics tools, governance, quality monitoring, and metric frameworks. Partner with engineering, backend, algorithm, BI, risk, growth, and business teams to deliver reusable data products. The role requires substantial product management experience, hands-on Web3 knowledge, understanding of blockchain data models, SQL proficiency, and familiarity with data infrastructure and analytics tooling.

Leads and scales a global customer support function for a non-custodial crypto wallet. Responsibilities include managing and developing support staff, handling technical escalations, improving workflows and knowledge systems, monitoring service metrics, and enhancing AI-powered support. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and the AI Platform team on quality evaluation, safe human escalation, automation, rollout readiness, and user experience improvements.

The Senior Platform Engineer will manage and build cloud-native infrastructures, develop backend features, ensure high availability, and interface with users while leveraging AI to enhance developer productivity.
