Lead Trust Wallet’s QA strategy across mobile, web, backend, and API products. Manage and develop QA engineers, establish scalable automation frameworks, integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, oversee release testing, monitor quality metrics, manage defect triage, and communicate release risks. The role requires hands-on expertise in automated testing, software quality practices, Agile delivery, and secure blockchain or cryptocurrency products.

Own the backend and agent systems powering LLM products, including multi-turn conversations, tool calling, RAG, state management, evaluations, monitoring, and production reliability. Diagnose failures across models, knowledge systems, tools, and infrastructure; establish regression testing and quality measurement; and guide product and technical decisions. The role requires shipping and improving LLM features at scale, strong backend engineering, disciplined evaluation practices, and preferably Web3 experience.

Provides technical customer support for wallet functionality, payments, transactions, and security issues. Investigates logs, dashboards, APIs, and backend services; performs technical triage, monitoring, and incident support; escalates issues with structured diagnostic context; coordinates with engineering and operations teams; maintains runbooks and documentation; monitors community feedback; and contributes to automation, ticket deflection, and process improvements.
