Support sales by translating technical product details for customers; deliver presentations, assess system requirements, produce quotes, troubleshoot, support RMA resolution, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and marketing, and assist forecasting and ERP-related customer-service backups.

Responsible for the hardware design and development of test solutions for motion control applications, including test-automation and test development for verification and acceptance testing.
