The Business Systems Analyst will manage D365 F&O configurations and implementations while collaborating with stakeholders to align business needs with ERP capabilities.

Entry-level Account Specialist responsible for accurate order processing, customer status communication, onboarding support, returns/RMA coordination, and cross-functional documentation in a manufacturing environment. Works under supervision, learns ERP/CRM systems, and supports account managers to ensure timely deliveries and positive customer experiences.

Create, update, and maintain user-friendly technical documentation (manuals, work instructions, installation guides). Support document control and change management, perform reviews and validations, produce visual aids, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and support teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.

The Compliance Specialist I supports regulatory compliance by managing documentation, customer requests, and supplier communication in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Lead identification and pursuit of commercial opportunities in power generation, APUs, and adjacent industrial markets. Develop market and account plans, manage long-cycle engineered sales, coordinate cross-functional teams, support pricing/forecasting, maintain pipeline and reporting, represent the company at events, and manage channel partners to convert opportunities into long-term revenue.

Serve as the in-house Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations functional lead: partner with finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and project teams to configure modules, drive system adoption, oversee integrations (PLM, MES, CRM), validate customizations, perform system administration, and lead process improvements to support precision manufacturing operations.
