Lead hands-on design, architecture, and implementation of public and internal web platforms. Mentor engineers, enforce quality, performance, accessibility, and security best practices. Drive CI/CD, monitoring, production incident response, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, UX, and Marketing. Champion modern web patterns, CMS strategy, and AI-assisted developer tooling.

Provide high-volume, real-time multi-channel support (phone, chat, email) to veterinary and partner stakeholders. Troubleshoot issues, research complex cases, escalate appropriately, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
