Leads global quality assurance and testing teams across web, mobile, and member experiences. Oversees test planning, functional, integration, regression, performance, compatibility, and user-acceptance testing. Guides QA professionals, manages defect and incident response, evaluates testing tools, promotes automation and AI adoption, and communicates quality metrics, risks, timelines, and mitigation strategies to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.

Build and manage relationships with veterinary hospitals across the Coastal Houston territory. Educate veterinarians and staff about Trupanion pet insurance, promote hospital adoption, conduct marketing sessions, and grow policy enrollment. The Territory Partner operates as an independent business owner, earning commissions and residual income from active policies while covering startup, travel, food, and marketing expenses.
