US employees are part of the MetLife PDP Plus Dental Network which covers 100% of preventative care in-network, 80% for basic, and 50% for major services.

Disability insurance

Trupanion provides all benefit-eligible team members with 2x earnings in basic life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

We offer our team members the chance to participate in the healthcare FSA or limited healthcare FSA, and a dependent care FSA through Navia Benefit Solutions and you may contribute up to $3,200/yr.

Health insurance

Trupanion offers two health plans and we pay 100% of employee premiums - Premeria Blue Cross PPO or Premeria HDHP. Spouse and dependant premiums are not covered by Trupanion at this time.

Life insurance

Trupanion provides all benefit-eligible team members with 2x earnings in basic life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance.

Pet insurance

Team members receive Trupanion coverage for 1 cat or dog with a $0 deductible and monthly premiums paid by Trupanion.
